About Us
Guyana Real Estate, Done Right
A property logistics and management company built on local expertise and modern tools.
Founder & CEO
Nicola Duggan
Nicola founded Paradigm Property Logistics & Management Services in 2019 with a simple goal: make it easier, and safer, to buy, sell, and rent property in Guyana. Born and raised in Georgetown and a graduate of the University of Guyana, she built the company from the ground up through determination and a firsthand understanding of how confusing the local property market can be without the right guide.
Today, connecting Guyana with the diaspora community abroad, Nicola brings a rare dual perspective to the business — what local families need from a real estate partner, and what it takes to earn the trust of Guyanese investing back home from overseas. That perspective shapes everything Paradigm does, from how listings are verified to how clients are guided from first inquiry to closing day.

What We Do
Paradigm is a property logistics and management company operating across Guyana. We combine deep local knowledge with modern digital tools to make buying, selling, and leasing property simpler and more transparent — for local families and the diaspora alike.
We don't just list properties — we verify them, market them, and guide every client from first inquiry to closing day. Whether you're a local family looking for your first home, or a member of the diaspora investing back home, Paradigm is built for you.
